I have a concrete foundation/basemnt wall (with a spread concrete footing) which is furred out on the inside, with windows. The basement slab is on top of the footing, thus the furred inside is the entire lenght of the concrete wall.

Problem- if I model the entire wall as one wall, the footing centers itself on the entire wall instead of just the concrete wall. If I model the wall as two seperate walls then the window doesnt cut through both walls. What is the solution?

You have a couple of solutions.  If you place your concrete wall and add your foundation, then add a furred wall on the inside and join it, that will work.  (join geometry both walls will allow the window to cut both walls.)

Or if your concrete wall is defined as one wall with furring and finish, you can end that at your slab and add a concrete only wall below that.

Thanks. It would be most efficient if I could keep the furred concrete wall and just move the footing to the centerline of the concrete  part of the wall.

Use the retaining wall footing which can be manipulated from side to side.
