I am working on a bathroom with tile flooring that continues into the shower. I am using the shape editing tool to create a 1/4" "threshold" to the shower and then sloping the shower area to a drain. everything worked wonderfully except that when i added a point and lowered it for the shower drain, the surface pattern in two of the resultant planes will not align with the rest of the floor. See the attached image. Is there anything I can do to align the patterns on those two planes? Thank you.

I just tested this, since I wasn't 100% sure, but yes, you can use the align tool to make surface pattern lines of floor tiles, ceiling tiles, etc position rationally. Pick your correct tiles, then your diagonals, and they should snap into place. Double post...?
