Is there a way possible to enter a room size in m2 and the shape of the room and for revit to produce the walls of this room?e.g. a hegtagon-shaped room that is 30m2?

No, you'll have to get your pencil out and do some math also what is a hegtagon? do you mean hectagon (100sides), hexagon (6 sides), or heptagon (7 sides) All of wish have formulae you can use to calculate their sizes based on their area online
