Can anyone help me with a parametric window? I need a single hung with the lower sash being 1/3 the total height and the upper fixed sash being 2/3 the total height. The height parameter will only allow me to have the sash be equal/

Just a question: Did you search here in the download section or in www.arcat.com or in www.seek.autodesk.com for that window?

I found a window in Arcat worked great. Also, if you take off the equal dimensions and add it as an "instance parameter" you have complete control over the placement of the sash.
