I must be doing something wrong, but I can not seem to change the line weights for my drawings. I have changed the category properties for the elements in question but when i print everything just comes out looking like a "fast" print. I have set my printer to its highest printing settings (brother MFC 490cw) so it must be in my drawing. the image on my screen does not show the heavier lines either, is that normal? thanks

The problem may be your printer or your print driver. Try this - Print it to a PDF then send that to yor printer.
