I was just wondering if there is a way to specify where a view goes when it first goes onto a sheet. I want my views to be placed two inches from the top and two inches from the left. Is there an easy way to set this up so it does it automatically?

No... there is no easy way to do this. You can add invisible lines to your sheet that you can see when you "roll over" the sheet but you can not use these except to visually nudge your views into place using your arrow keys. BTW - zooming in makes each nudge smaller.
