Not exactly a Revit question, but if anyone has experience with this I GREATLY appreciate any help just the same!

I tried importing a cad image (from Revit) and a raster image background into Autodesk Impression. Just trying to copy and paste this raster image (an existing site photo, with the CAD vectors being the proposed changes to the site) basically. I have a 3000 x 2000 pixel, 72 pixels per square inch jpg file (42X30 inches, less than 1 meg file size) I have been trying to import as a background into Impression....every time I import it comes in fuzzy. In photoshop it is clear as can be. Tried importing, opening it as a new file, copying and pasting, no matter what I do the image is RUINED. I thought that perhaps it was just a function of Impression to save it as a reference and the print would be OK, but upon printing it is still the same unreadable fuzzy image every time. It is a site map, and it is important that the jpg stay large and sharp to be readable. I've tried looking at all the options and settings in Impression and can't find anything with regards to raster image file sizes, etc.  Has anyone had similar problems in Autodesk Revit, and if so what did you do?

Any clues? Thoughts? Has anyone used Impression before? Thanks.

I know this is a couple years late but for anyone else using Impression with this same problem the general problem is that when importing your CAD file Impression sometimes likes to use the pencil style. If you want crisper lines then you need the black marker style so its just a matter of taking the pencil style and tunring it into a marker or switching all the lines from style to style.
