I did several renders images in the past with more or less that configuration and i didn't had any problem so, must be something with the Lights... Edit the Light family and check if every is ok like the light position (the Yellow light), check if is not inside the geometry and so one, another thing, try to render but change the hour to 5:30Pm and see if the lights appear....

hi mr.typoon..thanks for ur reply..ive checked the light..and it was okay..and ive red some of ur reply from other thread..that u were suggesting that the wattage should be changed to 100, or 1000...i made mine as 2000 from all the pinlights..and yet its stil abit dark..sometimes i just hate doing sunset rendering, coz i always end up..rendering it on "artificial lights only" and adding a nice sunset background pic on photoshop..ive attached the image i rendered having the setting of Ext Sun and Artificial,5:30pm..with no adjustment on the exposure(coz the sky gets lighter wen i do that)..tnx..

Did you try some thing as high as 10,000 watts? I have had to do that in the situation you describe.
