Is there a way to turn on/off the break option in crop regions? The break option is not visible on the horizontal crop region boundaries, but is there on the vertical boundaries. This is only happening in one section type, how did that happen?

Is this what you mean? Can you be more specific in your question and put some images about your issue?

Yes, those are the breaks i'm talking about. In one view type, "wall section I", i can only see the those breaks on the vertical sides of the crop region. they don't exist on the horizontal sides. Since i've already created several wall sections using this view type, it would be great if there was a way to fix this! i'm using 2010 by the way.

There is nothing that needs fixing. If you look at Typhoon's image, you will see the same indicators across the top and bottom of the section as well. They are there.

Actually, i have to disagree. I see the marks in typhoon's image, just as i've seen them in every other crop region i have ever made in the 3+ years i've been using revit. however, in this particular view type, i assure you, they are not there.

Did you already split the section in a direction? Once you have done a split then all future splits will happen in the same direction with the other direction not available. What type of view is it? Detail section? or Wall/Building Section? There are behavioral differences between the two.

TomDorner, that's the answer. I had already split all of those views vertically and then tried to split horizontally with no luck. I guess I've never tried to split them in both directions before. Thank you!
