I currently have a file from an architect showing a 3rd and 6th floor...however when i link it into a new systems template to create our office central...it only lets me see the third floor. How do i change it so my floor plans 1 & 2 coorespond to the sixth floor of the linked file instead of the third? p.s. I tried to change the view range, but it does not give me the optiion to match the linked file's levels, if so i don't know how to do it...any help would be appreciated.

Use By Linked View-And use a linked view of the appropriate level....

Did you copy / monitor the linked file's levels so that you would have them in your project?

i got it to work, thank you...think when i linked the revit file to my project it still brought in the sixth floor with the sixth floor level attributes...it just called the level levl 2 instead of importing the levls name...(not sure why what or how ) I tried at one point the copy/ monitor but i don't know if it worked or not as i've never used it before. I will also try the By-linked view-method as well Mr. Spot. Thanks to both!
