Hi there Need help in editing door family. I am attaching two images to show my problem. The first one showing the sweep profile that I want to extend and the second image show the error message that I receive when I try to finish the sweep profile editing process. I am using REVIT 2010 Regards, Nirim

So, pick in the "Remove Constrains" and draw the profile, BTW lock that padlock....

Typhoon Thanks for that but I don’t think it is that simple. I attached the family file, can you look at it and see if you can edit the left void sweep on the exterior side? nirim

Here you have, the "Voids" are OUT of the panel that''s why they don't cut...

Typhoon You door look good but I think it is not right, look at the 3D model and you will see the problem. Nirim

Typhoon that nice, the door is correct but I stile don’t understand what was wrong with it . Can you elaborate on that to recap the Q&A exchange? Thanks nirim

the "Void" was outside the panel, then when align the void with the panel and i click "Remove the Constrains" it loose some constrains, then was necessary to align again some parts of the door with the ref. planes.
