If this is the wrong forum, I apologize, but didn't see a general one. I am starting to have problems with my hands and wrists, which I assume is the begining of a carpal tunnel syndrome problem. I am looking for suggestions like yoga exercises to counteract the stress causing it, braces that keep your hands in the right position, better ways to use a mouse, etc. One wierd detail is that my hand falls asleep after holding my cell phone to my ear for more than 4-5 minutes. I switch hands and it does the same thing in the other one. That is something new. I guess a bluetooth earpiece would solve that problem. Thanks in advance for any help.

Try and keep your wrist above your elbow when you are working (i suggest a padded mouse pad)when i get craps in my hand from mass mousing I stretch my hand in the following ways: spread my fingers out as wide as possible flat on the table clench a fist and bend your wrist as far forward as possible to stretch, then as far backwards as possible to relax finally use your other hand to press against your knuchles as leverage to stetch accorss the face of your wrist Other then that I do a lot of clicking bones, but that is more my freakish nature then anything else hope that helps
