I've installed Revit 2010 Arch on a Dell Precision T5500 with 6GB of ram. I am having trouble rendering models. When trying to render, the render progress window pops up for 3 seconds and then disappears and my model shows up with a black box. Is anyone experiencing this problem?

i changed the sun lighting to what you had configured and the render progress window disappears and my model becomes a black box again.

Hummm, try to delete that camera view and create a new one, render and check if the problem persists... did you install the Web updates for Revit 2010?

Hi there iserevit, How close is your camera to a wall? I had it before when the camera is actually inside a wall, even when the view seems fine in the camera model view. Try nudging the camera away from the wall and re-rendering. Hope this helps!

I would open up a project where you have previously done a successful render and try re rendering them if they dont work then you know its a bigger problem then just in your projectif they do work, then you just need to tweak something silly that spoiling it(like your camera is just indoors or something)
