Is there an easy way to create a 24" wide gable at the edge of a hip roof.
I attached a photo of what I am trying to create.

In your roof sketch split the edge to host the gable into 3 segments centred around the ridge line. Then select the centre line of the splits and apply a pitch to it, and set the desired offset from the base...
