Any idea why a group of walls cannot be copied from one level to another, the paste aligned command is inactive. it worked once but it doesn't work anymore...

To copy from one level to another, you are better of using the select levels option.

Can u be a little bit more specific, I think I haven't used this selection option yet.

2010 - Select an object and pick the copy option on the clipboard.  Then click the down arrow on the paste aligned and you will see the select level option.  Choose your level (or levels - multiple).  The element wll past at the sme relative xyz location per floor.  You can do this from plan/section/elevation views.

thanks a lot, I discovered the problem, I was using the wrong COPY button, instead of COPY to Clipboard.
