I am working with revit 2010. I recently attempted to add a property line to a model to create a site plan. When I did this, almost everything in the model vanished. Some text stayed behind and a few traces of some model elements but otherwise it was all gone. When I delete the PL, it all comes back. It's as if the PL is covering the model. I am still quite new with some of revits functions this being one. I have gone through every properties dialogue window I can find, I have tried changing levels, and on and on but nothing seems to work. I have put the property lines in other models with no trouble at all. I am totaly lost and a little desperate. Anyone have some solutions?!!!

Without having the model, I can only speculate as to what you may be doing, but I bet you have added a topo surface that is above most of your model elements. Might want to spin your 3D model and take a look - even upside down.

I had this happen to a view once, though I attributed the problems to turning on 3d acceleration in the graphics options.
