how i can create wall wtih having different width at bottom and top

You can use the "Create In-Place" in the category "Wall" then use the "Solid Extrusion Or Solid Blend or Solid Sweep" to do that...

Simple, create SEVERAL parts (layers) like you want/need with different materials, watch image attached (just an example)
