I think it would be nice to have the same kind of Visibility control that you have in a family be present within a project. Perhaps this could get out of control, but I think it would be nice to be able to pick an object and have it show up only from certain views or with a certain detail level. Without having to make the change in every view. The example that sparked this for me was those annoying infill pieces of walls that occur when you demo a window or a door.

Have you a workaround with that? Got the same issues. Thanks.

The only solution I've come up with is the annoying and obvious one: if the infill pieces get in the way, hide the element in each view. Not very elegant, but I haven't found any way to handle those infills seperately from the walls they're a part of. I have found that if you're careful you can get a new opening to cut both the infill and the host wall so that the infill doesn't get in the way, but it can be fussy. The elevation is usually the place to do that. HTH.
