Here is a requirement which wants us to list all the shafts ( shaft tags ) with its clear dimensions and the levels they start and terminate in the following format as a schedule to be included in the drawing sheets. NAME | CLEAR DIMENSIONS | STARTING | TERMINATION RSP 12 | 1000 MM X 2000 MM | BASEMENT 1 | LEVEL 10 I tried to create a shared instance parameter where I could input data for the shaft opening manually and make it appear in the schedule. But the tricky part is its done manually and everytime a shaft opening is revised i have to edit the paramenter's content. Is there a way to parametrically dimention the shaft?   like how we do in creating parametric families ) and transfer tht value to the schedule? This way the dimensions get updated int he schedule automatically whenever there is a revison. Thanks
