Okay, now I need to make a decorative wrought Iron fence that curves upward and is still connected to the base. Help please?

Just a matter of creating a curved baluster. If you include an image i may have one setup that i could share. We have around 100 railings setup in a railing.rvt file.
Good way of setting it up. As soon as you create a new railing for a project copy it into this file for use later on.
HTH.
