Everytime I place a panel in the working fp view, it doesn't show up. Only shows up in the 3d view. I have a workset say for facp and place one on there and set to visible and to show on wfp but doesn't. If I turn view on in rcp it will show up but I want it to show up in the power plan.

 My elevation for the panel is 4', should be showing but can't understand why.
