I have a standard round handrail that needs to follow the slope of a ramp. The handrail has a custom wall bracket. I want the handrail bracket to mount at a constant height to the adjacent wall (bracket height is a minimum at the bottom of the ramp and a maximum at the top of the ramp). Is there a way to lock in the bottom of the bracket at a constant height while the top of the bracket has a variable elevation that slopes up with the handrail? RA2009.

Seperate family - not in the railing.
