I've blown up my floor plans using the callout "detail" view, but realized too late that I should be using the callout "plan" view instead. Now I cannot insert any elevation bubbles in my blowups becuase they are detail views. is there any way of changing the callout detail view to a callout plan view without re-drawing them? Thanks

You don't really have to redraw. If you want to switch callout types, create a new callout then window everything in your detail view, flter it removing all model elements, copy to clipboard then switch to your plan view and paste-same place. Now delete your old view and place your new view in its place on your sheets.

I don't suppose there is an easy way to switch all the views that refer to the detail view so that they refer to the new plan view instead? I'm using Revit 2009 for this project by the way.
