Level annotations don't appear in some levels. Levels ara switched on in properties and Hide annotation in view is not toggled. I drew a new section in place of another so that I could see the levels but when I flipped the section between north and south say, the levels appeared and disappeared. Couldn't get them to appear in the direction I wanted. Any ideas????????

Check the 3D extents of your level lines, they most likely won't be intersecting the view.
Best bet to fix them is to add a scope box and apply all levels to the scope box. This will ensure the 3D extents of your levels encompass the entire model.
Further reading, look up datum's in your help section.
