I'm using Revit 2010.  Standard wall sweeps which come with the program.  For the life of me I can't figure out how to get the Brick Soldier course to properly sweep.  When I load ths sweep it applies it to the face of the wall.  The "setback" variable appears not to be doing anything.  Am I missing something?

Spend some time in your HELP understanding profiles.  Also look at the profile template.  For hosted profiles, like wall sweeps, you will see there is a designated face and depending on how your sweep is made, your "offset" may need to be a negative number.

Hey thanks.  I guess I assumed the templates that were packaged with Revit would have been done correctly.  Got it working now.

They are done correctly.  They don't know you want the sweep imbedded.

Well that is the only problem I have seen with Revit thus far.  Programers working on Architecture.  Not sure how you construct a wall with a Brick Soldier course slapped to the exterior face of a wall and not imbedded.

Anyway thanks for the help.
