When drawing details or sections - in Revit is there a way to insert a break line to show the cutting of the drawing. Have been manually drafting in the lines and would like to know if thre is an easier more efficient/scale driven way to do this. Any suggestions appreciated. P

You will find the breakline under detail components. The item is fully adjustable after placement. BTW ... If you look at the similar threads shown below or searhed the forums, you would have found this same response. | | | \/

looked in my detailed components but came up empty - nothing relating to breaklines - is it labeled something other than what I am expecting to see? It should be an out of the box detail component yes?

should be under Detail Components => Div-01 General hth
