I'm new at Revit Structure so bear with me. In autocad there's an express tool command called "List Xref/Block Properties". It gives you the ability to find what layer a line has been drawn on even if the line is part of an xref. Is there a way to click on an element in an architect's model that has been linked into my structural model that will tell me what category that element has been drawn on so I can go to the visibility graphics window an edit it?

Use your tab key. You can tab down to select individual elements of a linked model. Then simply look in your status bar or in the type selector to see what category it is.
