Many of the lines on my project look like hidden lines or dashed lines and I cannot change the type. It seems only affecting family blocks and not everything. Does this mean something or I have to change the linetype quality? Thanks

Family lines are all controlled through the project settings / object styles which can be over-ridden in VG settings.
