I just made a topo from a google earth snapshot. after doing all the work i realized the actual site is bigger than what i've draw. is it possible to resize the 3d topo model? i'm hoping that i don't have to start from scratch again.

thanks

If you can get it to CAD and create polylines at correct elevations, you can scale it there then import.
