Revit 2008

My Room Finish Schedule is showing multiple lines of several rooms.  When I try to delete the duplicated row(s), most of the time (but not always) I get an error message that says, "Missing Curtain Panels will be replaced with System Panels to complete command."  When I highlight the duplicated rooms and click Show, it highlights doors, light fixtures, etc.  If I delete the duplicated rooms I lose numerous items.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
