There are several parameters inside a titleblock which I cant find where to set in a project and just show up with a question mark. Some of these are ISSUE FOR REVIEW 1, 2, 3..., and File Name. Seems like file name should be automatic but it is blank like the issue for reviews. I have tried putting in more revisions in settings reviews, but they dont show up. Anybody know where to set these?
Cheers!

They would most likely be created as shared parameters.
If they are showing up as a red quesion mark in the project (uneditable), it means you haven't loaded the appropriate shared parameters for that titleblock.
Add them in setting-->Project Parameters and apply to drawing sheets.
They then will be editable.

Is there any way without worrying about shared parameters that I can be able to update a field in a single sheet and have it update in all sheets. I would have thought I could just put it as a type parameter for the sheet but I only seem to be able to pick shared parameters for my labels, type parameters just dont show up. Anybody have any tips?

You can have a shared parameter setup as a type parameter to update all sheets at once.
Either setup so the parameter is a type->applying to drawing sheets or my preferred:
An instance-->applying to project information...

I think I have it now. Thanks Mr. Spot!! I will need to play with it some but it certainly shows promise.
Cheers!

I AM HAVING A SIMILAR PROBLEM WHERE I'D LIKE THE "DRAWN BY" TAG TO BE ADDED TO EVERY SHEET. I'VE CREATED THE SHARED PARAMETER, BUT HOW DO I CHANGE IT TO A TYPE PARAMETER INSTEAD OF AN INSTANCE??? THIS PROB. HAS BEEN BUGGING ME FOR THE LAST WEEK... ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

WHEN LOADING, I DO GET THE OPTION FOR TYPE / INSTANCE, BUT WHAT CATEGORY DO I PUT IT INTO WHEN I SELECT TYPE SO THAT IT WORKS - I KNOW YOU USE DRAWING SHEET FOR INSTANCE, BUT I'M NOT SURE ABOUT TYPE.
