i can open a family anyway but when i click the new and old (i created before), I have a problem with revit

error :'' An uncoverable error is occured.The program will now be terminated.All of your data has been recently saved,so there is no need to create recovery files.''

 ı couldnt a solution a cant use my program,

please  help!
