Hi, I have attached a plinth profile to a wall type and as a result when I position doors etc they do not appear in elevation and are effectively behind the profile. I have tried to cheat the system by introduced voids, moving doors after I have positioned them in the wall but to no avail! Does anyone have any ideas? I have attached a jpeg identifing what is happening

The opening will only cut the sweep if the whole of the sweep is cut by the opening. Some options would be to raise the sweep to above threshold level and insert another below, or, create a separate wall for that part and join it to the main wall - the opening will cut through both walls.
