I am trying to change a stacked wall type, but I keep getting this error:
"There is a circular chain of references among the highlighted elements."
I can't see what the problem is. All the other walls changed to this type with no problem. I don't want to redraw the whole wall with all the windows and doors.
Does anyone have a quick solution to this problem?

Can't say what it is without looking at the file...
Best bet would be top copy the doors and windows to the clipboard. Delete the wall and draw the stacked wall in place, then paste aligned the doors and windows back.
Should work fine if the wall is drawn in the same location.
