I'm working on a project where we are using Keynotes for our building section, and recently I needed to re-keynote the view and I went through and deleted all the keynote bubbles in the view, even those associated with hidden objects.  The keynote legend cleared out, except for 1 note, and I cannot find it.  I need Help!  Are there tricks to possibly selecting it or somehow locating it so that I can remove the item?

this works for text types. Place the exact keynote that you want to delete. Right click, then select all instances and then delete.

Unfortunately since its not a text keynote, if I do that, it selects all keynotes on all sheets.  Found that one out the hard way.  Thank goodness for undo.

I've been having this same problem - one keynote remaining in the legend after all instances of that particular keynote being cleared off the sheet. Anyone ever find a solution for this problem?

How's this for a late answer!  Only 6 years Late!!

First select the element that you've keynoted, then select any other element keynote.  Click on your little sunglass icon and say isolate catagory.  This will leave the object and the hidden keynote on, which you can then delete.  It might be a good idea to turn your crop region off as well just in case the keynote ended up outside the view you have.
