I'm using Revit 2010, and everytime I open a certain Revit project file, all of the worksets are not opened so nothing is visible. I have to go into the worksets and open all of them. When I save the file and close the file all worksets are opened. When I try to open the file again, all worksets are un-opened again. This does not happen on any other file that I work with. It's weird.

Is it something to do with your worksets being created with the default visible tick-box unchecked? Try create a new one and make sure the box is unchecked, see what happens when you reopen...

Thanks. That worked. I created a new Workset and checked the box, drew some lines, and it shows up when I open the file. So how do I change this default setting within the existing worksets?

It would be nice if there was a button you could click, but I havent found one yet. there is a workaround tho: The best way is to create a whole new set of worksets with similar names (ie for 'Structure' make one called 'Structure01') just for now. Then you delete every original workset and Revit will ask you where you want all the workset contents transferred to, so you then transfer all data to the new worksets. Then Rename the worksets so everything is as it was. Sounds like a lot of work I know, but you can do it fairly quickly and itll solve your problem.
