In the example if my cupboard has lock value set to true then i am looking for following entries in schedule below: Part Code DescriptionQtyU51141006x465x575mm Cupboard1LOCK1Lock for double cupboard1 Please advise ..

Shared parameters will schedule and obviously they will generate multiple entries when sorted and scheduled correctly. Just look at your door schedule. The parameter that changes there is the door number typically but you have multiple entries for the same type.
