Is it possible? I want to simply insert the sink into the counter and an aperture whose shape and size is dictated by sink would appear and move as the sink is moved. Is there any way to make it parametric?? Please send me ur valuable suggestions soon.

I don't see any way to do this. The hole in the counter has to be in the counter family. I wish face based families could cut hosts other than system families but they can't yet do that.

Hi Hub, Face based families help to operate openings with the sink- Thanks , it seems to be only solution. But for different shapes we need to have different families. Thanks once again
