IS THERE A WAY TO SET IT SO WHEN SOMEONE SENDS A REQUEST, IT WILL POP UP AND LET ME KNOW THEY NEED TO BE GRANTED THE ABILITY TO EDIT A WORK SET. RIGHT NOW THEY HAVE TO CALL ME OR EMAIL ME.

This feature is not curently a part of Revit. However, if you go to the Subscription Center you can download an external tool called Worksharing monitor. Run it along side Revit and it will let you know what users are in the file, if they are saving to local and central (and the progress of the save), and most important will pop up a message on you screen when an editing request is sent/recieved.
