Im still undercided on whether its best if you have for eg - a 5 story building, is it best to create things like internal structural walls from ground to roof or is it best to do it from ground to 1st and copy to each level

the reason i ask is that ive noticed that when you do them all the way up as the model gets bigger and you need to edit things it always detaches things from the walls, and can be a pain in the arse with slabs etc...

anyone got any good advice to what they think is the best was

When I was modeling stuff like structural cores, I tended to go floor by floor. I can't remember the exact reasoning right now, but it seemed to work out better.

Exterior walls we model all the way.  We also model all the shaft type walls like masonry stairs and elevator shaft walls as full height.

I think most times, you should model it like you build it.  If the walls are built sitting on the floor ... model it that way.
