I use Revit MEP 2010, and link the architectural Revit model in.  After I copy/monitor I can go and "Tag All" using a space tag and retrieve the space name and number from the architects.  When they change the name or number of the spaces, it changes on my side as well.  The problem is they moved spaces around, deleted spaces, added new spaces, and none of those show up.  All the existing spaces are still there, and the names and numbers did update, but no new ones show up.  Do I need to do something else to update?  Like one problem was a small office area in the middle of a warehouse.  The architect moved the office area down a few bays, but the numbers and spaces didnt move with them.  I ended up deleting the tags, and maybe the spaces, cant remember.  When I hover over the rooms with tags, the outline for the space shows up, there is no outline for the areas where the tags didnt come over after changes.  However, if I select the linked model, it clearly shows the spaces witht he X in the middle.  How to fix?

DID U TRY AND REDO ALL THE SPACES AND MAKE SURE THE "ROOM BOUNDING" BOX WAS STILL CHECKED IN THE LINK'S TYPE PROPERTIES?

I forgot the step of actually making the spaces.  I thought the copy monitor did that.  Thanks for the input.
