Hi,

I'm having a problem with stepping a wall in plan. When teh step is large (i.e. larger than the width of the wall) it works fine. However, when I wasnt to make a small step, Revit seems unable to contiinue the various layers of the wall around the second corner (see attached image).

Can this be fixed?

Thanks

Revit does not like walls that are shorter than their width.  One method I use to get around this is to divide the wall into two separate, narrower walls for the short sections and join them, perhaps Internal finish, blockwork and insulation for the one wall and blockwork and external finishes for the other wall.  They should then clean up properly with the other walls.  You need to get the core layers in the correct place to correspond correctly with the main wall.  In your case, if the insulation and two blockwork layers are in the core it should wowrk fine.
