I'm trying to create plans of a project with that include multiple different buildings. Each of these buildings is notated with room labels (areas, room number, title etc) and then referenced into a central file from which I want to print the plans. Some of these buildings have slight level differences (+/- 80cm) but still correspond to a single level. I am having trouble having the labels appear in the final composed floor plan - is this related to the level changes? Does anyone out there have any experience with this type of problem? Cheers

Just linking the file will not get you annotative elements. To see those, you need to link by view.
