I have a problem with a mullion shape (SEE IMAGE). As you can see the shape of the mullion is causing the mullions adjacent to it, to stop before they come together(see high lighted red).  I would like the to come up snug to the mullion the red arrows are pointing to.

Any help would be fantastic.Thank you,~Scott

Did you try the "Make Continuous" tool?

Hi Typhoon,

I should clarify a bit, that tool will simply present the same problem only in vertical direction instead of the horizontal direction.  I don't need the horizontally divided mullion to connect to its other half.  I just need to join snugly against the adjacent vertical mullion.

Thank you

~S

A step faced muillon does not wok well in REVIT.  One workaround is to have tw CW's in the same place.  One with the back profile of the mullion and one with the front.  You can still schedule correctly using filters.
