Hello, I am trying to create a duplicate floor plan (1/8" view scale) from my standard 1/4" scaled floor plan. To do this, I use the following steps: 1. Click the desired floor plan. 2. Right click and select duplicate view - duplicate with detailing. 3. Open the duplicate floor plan. 4. Change the view scale from 1/4" to 1/8". The problem: After changing the view scale, the annotations do not change scale. Annotations include all text, dimension text, room labels, tags, etc. See the first attached image for an example of my floor plan after I changed the view scale. Is there a way to fix this? Do I need to change the text sizes manually? The room labels are also dependent on the parent floor plan. Changing the room label text size, etc, in the duplicate floor plan changes the text size in the parent floor plan. Help! Also, is it possible to decrease the spacing between text lines in revit? Is it possible to decrease the space between text and a corresponding leader? The last two images show my current spacing between text lines, and spacing between text and leader. I am using Revit version 10. I really appreciate anyones help! Thanks, Bret
