Just had a quick question. I notice once and a while that revit opens some files, and there is nothing on the screen, usually in 3d view. if you click the navigation cube it snaps back into view. but it cant be wheeled into view or anything like that. when i close down and reopen it, it still goes back to opening the file in a 3d view thats not there. anyone got an idea about this? another question. is it normal for the underlay in view properties to have all the elements clickable? once I underlay a plan it seems to get in the way because everything is selectable in the underlay instead of just being an underlay..... Not sure about the underlay issue, but i've come accross the 3d view problem too. Instead of using the view cube try the "Zoom All" shorcut: ZA This is also handy for when you're working zoomed right in to a floor plan and you want to move to another part of your view
