It is pretty common to want to insert an elevation, section, or callout in one phase plan (for example B01-BUILDING ENVELOPE), then change the phase of the elevation, section, or callout (for example to C20-INTERIOR FINISHES) to insert other phase details you dont want to show in the referenced B01-BUILDING ENVELOPE plan.  the problem is that as soon as you change the phase of the elevation, section, or callout, the elevation, section, or callout marker disappears in the referenced plan. 

Any way around that?
