I am in Revit Architecture 2009. When printing documents we print them as a PDF and when the outside source printer prints the docuemnts the halftone items show up as too lite or not at all. is there a way to increase the darkness of the half tone items when printing?

First i would check your print settings and make sure your using "black lines" instead of grayscale. I noticed that helped most of the time while still maintaining halftone results. Second If that dosent work or dosent apply I would check what you have half toned and see if by changing it to a regular tone and darker gray color instead of halftone black you may achieve the results you are looking for.

That is not the answer that I had hoped. I was hoping there was a setting for halftone as a percentage of black. There is just too many items and views to go through to make those changes. hopefully it can be changed on the printer end.

View filters do wonders for things like this !
