I have a pretty complicated parking garage in my building. As I create objects (general masses, walls, etc.) I name each one something very specific. Is there a command in Revit where I could select objects by name? I am thinking of something similar to Viz, where one function displays a list of the names of every object in the file, and you can highlight that name to select the object. As of now, I'm doing the hover-the-mouse-and-read-the-popup-tag method, which isn't too efficient. Thanks thanks thanks!

In the project browser go the the families section. There you will find a list of everything in the project. Go to an item name, right click and use the "select all instances". This should be what you are asking for. HTH Tom
