Which do you use? why? Problems you've had with either one? Which would you recommend?

I like in-place family sweeps because it's easier to control the returns. It depends on what you are using the sweeps for. I use the sweeps mostly for stone or cantera wall caps.

Mainly we use the tool for room base boards. Sometimes it's necessary for us because there are so many different profiles throughout the project. What's nice about the wall sweep is that it automatically cuts it when there is an opening/door. But in in-place families, I think it's tedius to pick all the lines and then slice the line where there's an opening. However, when walls change location, in-place families hold on to there host much better than wall sweeps.

I think as long as you look down the wall sweeps correctly then there is not much need for in place families when it comes to sweeps.
